We are thrilled to announce that Dez Duchicela has joined the Kraftful team as our new Vice President of Engineering. With her extensive experience in engineering, product management, and entrepreneurial leadership, Dez is just the person we need to turbocharge our mission—helping product builders include users in the dev process to build a community of delighted users around their products.
Dez comes to us most recently from her role as Founder and CEO of Kita Commerce, an ecommerce platform that has made waves in simplifying the B2B online buying experience. Before venturing into the startup world, Dez served as the Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce, where she was pivotal in building the B2B eCommerce for the Salesforce Platform. Dez’s background also includes hands-on engineering roles at SAP and IBM.
Her unique career journey, blending technical expertise with a keen sense for product development and strategy, makes her an invaluable addition to the Kraftful team.
As we continue to expand services as a copilot for product managers and other product builders, Dez’s multidisciplinary experience will help us innovate faster and smarter. Our platform leverages AI to summarize volumes of user feedback, making it easier for product teams to focus on what really matters — enhancing their products in ways that users genuinely appreciate.
