Update: Ask AI any question across all your feedback sources

You can now use Kraftful Ask AI to instantly get answers from your entire research repository (or a selected set of sources) in response to a single question.

In this demo, we used OpenAI’s new Operator agent to autonomously drive Kraftful.

Earlier this week, we tested whether the agent could complete an entire PM workflow in Kraftful. Here’s what happened:

1. It analyzed all public user feedback about Slack from app store reviews, Reddit, and Twitter/X
2. Generated a prioritized list of feature requests and complaints based on popularity (a process that would take a PM hundreds of hours given that volume of data
3. Added all insights about Slack notifications to the roadmap
4. Wrote a PRD addressing user complaints about notifications
5. Created a user story for the top notifications issue
6. Synced the user story (with acceptance criteria) as a Linear ticket
7. Assigned the ticket to an engineer, including a link to all related user comments for context

All in just 5 minutes, based on one prompt!
