This week, we had the incredible honor to be recognized as one of 2024 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company

True to form, we celebrated it with a BIG shipping week:

1. Auto-group documents

When you upload multiple DOCX in bulk, Kraftful will not only analyze each of the documents and create lists of feature requests, complaints, and loved features mentioned in each doc.

It will now also create a group with global lists across all those DOCX.

This is particularly handy when uploading a large volume of call transcripts.

One click and you’re done!

The auto created group will be available in the source selection dropdown, where you can also create additional groups between any of the call transcripts.

2. Chat with groups

You can now ask custom questions about all your sources at once, or a specific group of sources via our chat.

For example, if you upload 20 call transcripts and select that auto-group, you can ask custom questions about what users said in those calls.

3. Move, remove, or exclude mentions

When a mention doesn’t add much context to a feature request or doesn’t help you tell the user story to your team, you don’t need to keep it around.

Just remove it.

Or…you can move it to another issue, if it would be more helpful there. And if you really don’t like what this user has to say, you can even exclude all the mentions by that user

This is particularly helpful when reviewing feedback from online communities or call transcripts where you interviewed more than one person but only want to see feedback from some of them.
