Update: GPT 4o: faster and better analysis 💫

We’ve just upgraded Kraftful Ask AI to leverage the new GPT-4o model, making our analysis faster and more accurate than ever.

The “o” in GPT-4o stands for “omni,” enabling it to accept and generate text, audio, and images.

As you can imagine, we have great plans for this model in Kraftful.

In the meantime, we’re rolling out a complete redesign of Kraftful with powerful new functionalities:    

•    Analyze feedback across all or selected sources    

•    Set custom time ranges for more targeted insights    

•    Filter analysis based on specific terms to drill down into your data
