This week, we’re rolling out a special HubSpot integration:

• Historic analysis: Kraftful will now run historic analyses on last month’s and last week’s support tickets when you first connect HubSpot, in addition to ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly analysis. (Longer timeframes and historic data for additional feedback sources are coming soon!)
• Enhanced precision: The feedback flowing via this integration gets a new, more precise analysis type under the hood. We’ll expand this analysis to other sources shortly as well.
• Deal sizes in feedback: If your HubSpot account has deal sizes linked to tickets, you’ll see those associated with feature requests, complaints, and other feedback in Kraftful.

If you have deal sizes in HubSpot but don’t see them in Kraftful, your account may need custom data mapping available on a Kraftful Enterprise plan. Reach out if interested!
