- Historic analysis: Kraftful now runs historic analyses on the past monthβs and weekβs support tickets when you first connect Intercom. This is in addition to our ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly analysis.
- Improved analysis: Feedback from this integration now benefits from a more precise analysis type under the hood. Weβll be expanding this enhanced analysis to other sources soon!
