Big news this week! We’re rolling out a major expansion to our Intercom integration for self-serve plans:

  • Historic analysis: Kraftful now runs historic analyses on the past month’s and week’s support tickets when you first connect Intercom. This is in addition to our ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly analysis.
  • Improved analysis: Feedback from this integration now benefits from a more precise analysis type under the hood. We’ll be expanding this enhanced analysis to other sources soon!
