Update: Sync and analyze Slack comments

‍You can now connect a Slack channel to Kraftful to have all the comments posted there automatically analyzed.

This is perfect for Slack channels where customers share product feedback directly or through your customer support or sales teams.

When you first connect Slack, Kraftful will gather and analyze historical data, generating reports for the past month, week, and last seven days.

This Slack integration is available on our Team plan and can be set up via the Add Sources page.
