Update: Smarter user feedback uploads 🧠 ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

This week, we’ve made DOCX uploads smarter.

Now, Kraftful can automatically detect the type of document you're uploading and apply the most relevant analysis based on the type of feedback—customer calls, reviews, surveys, etc.

For example, if you upload a call transcript, Kraftful will know it’s a call and identify the speaker’s intent, just like a product manager would. This way, it pulls out feature requests from the customer instead of what your sales rep was demoing during the call.

This analysis is already applied automatically when you connect Zoom or Google Meet to Kraftful. Now, you get the same functionality for uploads too!

Additionally, the data is displayed as a call transcript, allowing you to see what users discussed before and after the relevant snippet that contains the feature request or complaint you're studying

Call transcripts are also highlighted at the top of your sources, so you can quickly view all the feature requests collected from all your calls with just one click.
