  1. Historic analysis: When you first connect Zendesk, Kraftful now instantly analyzes your past month’s support tickets. This is in addition to our ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly analyses on all the tickets that come in after the connection.
  1. Even better analysis: Feedback from Zendesk now benefits from a new more accurate analysis under the hood. That means you may want to reconnect your Zendesk account even if you already had it connected.
